Originally Noosa’s first visitor information centre, then a series of restaurants this major renovation is the new home of Team Body Corporate Management. The split level upper floor accommodates the reception, informal meeting spaces, skylit conference room, kitchen meeting space, workspaces and breakout areas. The work areas have been arranged to overlook Keyser Island inlet and wetlands. The lower level houses a small commercial space with an active frontage to Weyba Road.
The language of the finishes is drawn from the steel and hardwood framing of the original building combined with low maintenance materials and solar screening. The building has a combination of passive heating and cooling systems, utilizes an aluminium brise soleil and lush vegetation to screen the western sun and an extensive solar electric system.
