Building on the success of the Noosa Car Spa, the new Sunshine Coast Car Spa aims to create a modern and efficient car wash facility that caters to the needs of the growing Sippy Downs region. The building's exterior relates to the design of the Noosa facility and features a sleek, minimalist aesthetic with clean lines and a neutral colour palette.
The building form once again expresses its function, the layout has been carefully considered to provide an efficient traffic flow to reduce waiting times and will include four manual bays, one auto and a 30 metre long fully automated wash tunnel, with plant, store and office space over.
Sustainable design principles have been incorporated, which include the use of solar generation, energy-efficient lighting, as well as rain water harvesting and recycling strategies. The selection of materials prioritises durability and recyclability.
