Winner of the 2023 Noosa World Surfing Reserve Industry Award for contributions to the Surfing Industry in the Noosa Shire
The iconic Brand Golden Breed has had a longstanding connection to this gateway site in Noosa Heads. Previously located adjacent to this prominent location, this new building is a contemporary interpretation of ‘60’s surf culture and built environment. The property is dominated by three huge and old eucalypts and the building’s form is greatly influenced by their presence.
The development consists of Surf retail shop, outdoor use areas, an apartment which can be let through airBNB and a roof top garden.
An adaptation of familiar regional building forms and materials contribute to a welcoming human scaled building.
