In 2017 we and Tract Consultants were engaged by the Noosa Council to provide commentary, analysis and design services. Specifically ABA was engaged to prepare design studies for increased living density options on existing lot sizes in pre-existing suburbs. These two designs illustrate some of the possibilities available for low cost multi-residential buildings on site previously supporting single occupancy houses.
