The new HQ's of premiere Noosa Holiday letting agency Aspire Property Management. Located in Noosa Junction in the purpose built 1980's Westpac Bank Building.
The contemporary facelift builds on the strong modernist language of the original building but engages with the street and incorporate a simple pallette of natural building materials, a new light filtering raised awning structure, extensive landscaping and greenwalls, a welcoming public access and a breakout deck for tenants. The interior is flexible and accessible and contains meeting and gathering areas and at the heart- a shared kitchen/ bar area which is available for hire for private business functions, gallery space and presentations.
