A pair of new fibro beach shacks in Sunrise Beach. We maximized the orientation and amenity of each villa by reducing the overall density of the development to ensure that each house makes the most of the location, views and climatic orientation.
These houses were built to an extremely tight budget (which would normally be adequate for one new house), and this is reflected in the material selection and inventive ways they were used. Being located within 100m of the beach the need for low maintenance materials was a major factor in the design.
The colour scheme is derived from the colours of the location and it is intended that the buildings will gain a patina over time.
