Liberty Residence (2014)

Liberty Residence located high on a hill in Sunrise Beach, all living and outdoor spaces orientated to the north east and ocean views.

The Clients have a love of mid century modern design and wanted their new home to be a contemporary beach house but to show definite influences from the past.

A palette of neutral low maintenance materials were employed and views to the east and west maximized.
